The amount an attorney can collect ranges from 33-to-40 percent in Texas, and the percentage depends on the specifics of the case and whether the case went to trial or settled out of court.
- No fees for unsuccessful claims. If we're unable to secure a recovery in your case, you'll only be expected to reimburse costs we covered out-of-pocket. You won't owe any attorney fees.
